They claim the trained Court Professionals that recognize Parental Alienation are the parties profitting off the misfortunes of children. Danielle, Tina, and their team propose that their practices and services are the solution while accusing the professionals of being the parties spreading the disinformation and PA pseudoscience.
One Mom's Battle is a social media influencer with 100K followers who trains 'High Conflict Divorce Coaches', she has 100-200 HCDC in the USA.
The Mother's Right's Movement objective is to remove the Father figure and pass laws catering to women obtaining custody based on the statistics that men are usually (but not always) the agressor / abuser. One Mom's Battle wants the term Parental Alienation replaced with the term CAMS, Child and Mother Sabotage. This term implies there is no such thing as Child and Father Sabotage, again purposefully removing the Father. Child safety laws should not be written upon 'statistics', every child matters, and each case should be assessed case by case.

Custodial interference

This can involve a parent, guardian, or anyone else who is supposed to follow a court's custody directives. Laws and definitions can vary by jurisdiction, but generally, custodial interference is considered a serious offense due to the potential harm to the child's well-being and stability. supervised visitation
If a child has expereinced abuse at the hands of a loved one, depending on the severity of abuse, supervised visits can be granted and ordered.
If a parent is up against false allegations in family court, a trained professional supervior is imperative to get to the bottom of the family dynamic. A trained professional supervisor adds safety for the truly safe protective parent and child(ren). Getting to the bottom of who the truly abusive parent is and who the truly protective parent is can take months and sometimes years. Sometimes, both parents exhibit abusive behaviors. The Court proceeds with caution on all allegations, your only option is to prove your character during the lengthy Court processes. If you do not find the time and money for supervisied visits during your lengthy Court process, there is a poosibility you will not 'graduate' supervised visits, and most likely will not gain any additional parent time or custody.
Abuse, accusations, and/or false allegations create extremely long and expensive Court litigation for all parties involved. My hope is that this site helps more litigating parents understand how important it is to try to find resolution in mediation, but to not be afraid to go to trial when abuse is truly present.

Correct family court false propaganda on social media
Parties who have an agenda (aside from putting children first) put out false information to validate their OPINIONS - not the facts. Gender should never play a role in who obtains child custody. One Mom's Battle on social media is the leader in putting out gendered / false Family Court information. Although OMB seems to be the the leader in false Family Court propaganda - there are many people online educating other's based on the opinion that parental alienation does not exist and is not real. Many individuals helping parent's in Family Court do not have the reuired credentials to do be doing so. Asking for and obtaining a Court Professionals VITAE credentials, before hiring them, can clear up a lot of concerns and confusion.

Child rights and child safety should always come before Parental Rights / agendas. Parental alienation is psychological abuse on both the alienated child(ren) and the targeted parent. The targeted parent must be able work through the post separation abuse, coercive control, panic, and shock to show the Courts stability for their child(ren). Join all Parental Alienation and Pro Se support groups on Facebook. Search for free legal clinics in your City/State. Warning! It can take 3-5 years to prove abuse patterns / to prove who the actual abusive party is. Never give up!
put children first
There are 22- 24 million alienated targeted parents. There are 4-6 million children currently alienated from one or both parents. We lose a life every 4- 6 seconds due to Family Court litigation. Although we feel like we won't survive this, we must, for our child(ren). They are the TRUE victims, and need their true safe protective parent more than ever. It can take 1-5+ years to prove who the truely abusive party is in Family Court, through patterns of behavior. DESCRIBE THE BEHAVIORS.
Our children are half of their Mother, AND half of their Father. Children should be encouraged and allowed to love both parents, and both 'halves' of themselves!!!
